My first love was music. I used to tape songs off the radio with my boombox growing up in the 80s. One day while in college, my roommate brought home 2 turntables and a mixer. I started DJing that night and have been honing my craft ever since. After years of playing other people’s music, I wanted to make my own. This page features some of my favorites, both as a DJ and producer.

When I play, I always lean deep. I embrace playing first and setting the tone for the evening. Warm Art is a DJ collective that I have been a part of since 2002, with the name coming from “The Art of the Warm Up”. Below are playlists for downtempo, indie, Motown, and 80s mixes. Production
To date, I have made 2 full-length albums and 5 EPs with even more on the way. I started my own record label, Warm Art Music, in 2018.
This is my debut album, originally released on Lobotomy Records in 2007. With that label no longer active, it is only fitting that it be the first release on Warm Art Music. “The Creative Itch” brand was derived from it.

“Still Frame Capture” is a concept album of songs that are scenes from an imaginary film, all adding up to the soundtrack of a movie you will never see. This is my second full-length album and a faux music score demo.
