The Nicholson Gallery was opened in 2005 and is located along Miami Circle in Atlanta. The gallery offers a curated selection of French and European antiques, industrial pieces, and timeworn vintage accents, each chosen for its character, history, and sense of purpose.
In the fall of 2025, I was given the opportunity to provide a full rebrand. Here is the process of the redesign.
Initial Concepts
The original logo was scripted black text on a white background. The canvas was wide open as to what could be done for the redesign, including font treatment and colors. Here are some initial concepts that were presented to the client to get a feel for which direction in which we should proceed.
Final Logo Suite
Working off of the third and fourth options from above, a new logo suite was established to include a monogram, full color palette, tagline, and light/dark variations to accompany the full text logo with icon.
Product Catalog
A digital Product Catalog filled with incoming arrivals was designed to be shared with customers to generate interest of what is to come. This followed the brand guidelines that were established in the logo creation phase to ensure consistency and further showcase their new identity.
